GrayMatter Education | JC Chemistry | H2 Chemistry

H2 Chemistry is an important subject pre-requisite to many university courses like Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering.

The H2 Chemistry A level syllabus has shifted emphasis from factual material to understanding and application of scientific concepts and principles. Some questions may be based on information which is unfamiliar to the student.

The GrayMatter JC Chemistry tuition program aims to demonstrate how to use principles and concepts that are within the syllabus and apply them in a logical, reasoned or deductive manner to a novel situation. To cater to the new syllabus requirement, we have developed new learning materials to show students how to integrate knowledge and understanding from different areas and topics of the Chemistry syllabus. Past year A level questions are modified, sorted and organised into different levels of difficulty to cater to different learning stages and needs for different students.

H2 Chemistry is a content-heavy subject. In order to be able to apply the concepts quickly, students still need to remember a lot of factual material. At GrayMatter Education, we accelerate this process with useful notes, mnemonics and methods to handle the large volume of information.
